The hotel was a great value for money, especially during the Christmas season. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and the main street. the breakfast was included and it was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from.

The room was small and basic, lacking some of the modern amenities I was hoping to find. There was no gym in the hotel, which made it hard to keep up with my fitness routine.

Location right by to the bangkok bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away. Everything we wanted to see, such as Local memento shopping was within walking distance of the venue...

clean, no-nonsense hotel. Rooms facing a bit to much towards the restaurant, so privacy maybe not the best

The customer service here was really helpful and the building was nice, making our stay enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it for families.

Smoking is not allowed inside room. It's pattaya and it shouldn't be an issue to allow people to smoke inside room.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful.-Key attractions were easily accessible from the hotel.

The room was quite small and basic. The shower was not very powerful and the water was not very warm.

the aircondition in the room is working so noisy , its like there is an airplane engine working inthe room, you cant sleep with that noise and if you turn it off its too hot to sleep. the hotel room walls are like paper thin so you can hear everything what the people doing downstairs and the nextdoor. there is no window in the rooms so u cant breathe. the rooms are so small, dont look at the photos on the hotels web page. and the swimming pool is so small u cant even swim and there is not enough sunbed, so u have to wait for one.and the price for this hotel is too much...

The staff were fantastic and spoke English very well.

The air-con in our room was faulty, the staff did their best to fix the problem but still was not cool enough to my tastes.

Ma Maison Pattaya is a hidden gem located in central Pattaya, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The location is perfect for exploring the city and it feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and always ready for a chat, making you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities and a good shower. The hotel also offers great value for money, with breakfast included and prices that won't break the bank.

No improvement needed, everything was just perfect.

the best part was view from balcony..the pristine blue water of pool looks g8......thier bar area have seating towards the road and since this road doesnt have much bars ..go.go..gals etc..its nice to sit there and have beer as u can still have a view of sea....it hotel is best if u seek peace....since i didnt find much hustle bustle..but most of the occupants were kinda 40+ during my stay...The staff was extremely good....and since i had trouble booking with the credit card online..they still did book my room...:)

hmm price is slightly high but thats due to peak season probably when i did visit... secondly the size of the room was small.......the bed occupies most of its place...and the room i felt was smaller than wat it was kinda displayed online.

near the beach. menu expensive compared to nearby eateries, thought I had sports programmes in room (premiership football), but only in the bar and bar prices do not compare to pub prices, where football is available if you are able to stay awake I wonder how many english go back to ma maison . overall would not rebook here the head madame on reception is wasted here as her social skills are above excellence.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Central Pattaya. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you need. The shower is fantastic, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The attention to detail is impressive, from the wicker sun loungers by the pool to the wide selection of TV channels and fast wifi. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
